    • Approve the Automatic Renewal of the Following Agreements with Clarity Technology Group, Inc., each with a 3% Price Increase, Effective November 1, 2026:

      • Managed IT Support Agreement and Master Service Agreement for Troy Township – Current Monthly Fee: $65.00/full user, $25.00/cloud user.
      • Managed IT Support Agreement and Master Service Agreement for the Troy Township Road District – Current Monthly Fee: $65.00/full user, $25.00/cloud user.

    • Approve the Automatic Renewal of the Managed IT Backup Agreement for Troy Township – Current Monthly Fee: $85.00.
