Project information
Sealed bids for the Ron Lee Estates Storm Sewer Construction Project will be received by the Troy Township Road District (Owner) until 10:00am Central Daylight Time (CDT) on the 3rd day of August 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 25448 W Seil Road, Shorewood, Will County, Illinois 60404 at that time. Bids that do not meet the submittal requirements of the notice to bidders in the BLR12200 will not be considered.
The work is to be performed in accordance with the proposed Contract Documents as prepared by Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. (the Engineer). The proposed Contract Documents must be obtained by accessing the www.questcdn.com Quest website, eBidDoc number 10269618.
Bid submittal requirements
Bidders must complete and sign the BLR12200 after downloading the project documents from Quest. The completed BLR12200, bid bond cashier's check and all required additional BLR forms identified in the BLR12200 (items 4.a - e), and any issued addenda must be mailed to 25448 W Seil Road, Shorewood, Will County, Illinois 60404, attention Jennifer Dylik and must be received in a sealed envelope (the bid package).
After accessing the bid documents in Quest, prospective bidders will become registered plan holders. During the bidding period, the office of the Engineer will send project addenda, clarifications, and other project information to registered plan holders via the Quest website.
